ESD Smocks & Lab Coats
ESD Smocks and Lab Coats are an essential part of Estatec’s product line, offering comprehensive protection against electrostatic discharges and contamination. They are designed to eliminate the induction of electrostatic charges to components in an Electrostatic Protected Area (EPA) and isolate the electrostatic fields generated by the friction between the human body and the fabric of ordinary clothing.
Fabrics
Our ESD Lab Coats are available in a variety of fabrics, each offering unique properties
TecStat PA
Composed of 72% polyester, 26% cotton, and 2% carbon fiber. It adapts well to different climates and has excellent mechanical resistance.
TecStat L1
Composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon fiber. This lightweight fabric does not release particles and is ideal for use in controlled rooms.
CleanStat AD
Composed of 98% polyester and 2% carbon fiber. This fabric is ideal for use in clean rooms as it does not allow particles to pass through it.
TecStat LR
This static dissipative fabric is made of 96% Polyester and 4% Carbon Fiber. It provides superior static dissipation due to its high carbon fiber content in a diamond shape.
