SHIPPING METHODS
We offer several shipping options for your convenience. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping option you select.
Normally, orders will take no more than 10 days to be delivered into the United States, if you haven't received your package by then, contact us at info@estatec.us or any other contact method listed in the Contact Us section.
We use UPS as our mainly shipping supplier, but we might use other companies like FedEx or USPS for ground shipments.
SHIPPING RATES
We offer free ground shipping for $250 and above value orders shipping within the United States and $15 ground flat rate* for orders valued under $250.

We also offer faster shipping methods with UPS.
UPS shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your chosen shipping method.
You will see the shipping cost clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
ORDER PROCESSING
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within one to three business days from the date of purchase.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES.
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We understand that timely delivery is important to our customers. We provide estimated delivery times to give you a general idea of when you can expect your order to arrive. Note that these estimated delivery times are calculated by third-party shipping companies, and we do not have direct control over them.
Delivery times may vary depending on your shipping address. While we make every effort to provide accurate estimated delivery times through 3rd party suppliers, the destination plays a significant role in the actual delivery schedule.
We recommend that you use the estimated delivery times as a general guideline. While most orders are delivered within the estimated time frame, some may arrive earlier or later due to factors out of our control.
Orders placed after 2:00 pm PST will be processed the following business day, regardless of the shipping method selected, including express shipping. This means that if your order is submitted and confirmed before the specified time, we will make every effort to process and dispatch it on the same business day.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.
